I have never built in a straight line.

I started Unconventional Media without knowing which projects or brands would ever grow under it. At first, it was the home for my freelance work in marketing, project management, customer success, e-commerce, writing, web design and media buying. Later, it unexpectedly became a small performance marketing agency.

At the same time, I started Relax Outside: a project about freedom and thinking outside existing systems. It never became the big company it might have been. But it became a community. I shared free ideas and calls, sold clothes and learned that impact is not always visible through growth.

Remote Bewerbungshelfer began while I was working with a business mentor. When the agency no longer gave me joy or meaning, new clients also stopped coming. I let that path go and focused on the work that felt right: helping people understand their skills, put them into words and find work that fits their life.

This work grew into Unconventional CV: a bigger framework for career identity, clarity, positioning and the question of what work should change. It led to our Academy, the Living CV software and a way of thinking about meaningful work — for people and for companies.

Alongside my work, I write essays. I am now also writing my second book. Writing helps me not to share thoughts too quickly. It lets me follow them until I truly understand what I want to say.
